Real Estate Closings
Route 66 Mobile Notary provides professional mobile real estate closing and loan signing services for title companies, lenders, real estate professionals, buyers, sellers, and borrowers. We travel to the signer’s home, office, or another convenient location to help ensure documents are properly executed and notarized where required. We understand the importance of accuracy, professionalism, and timely document handling in every real estate transaction. Evening and weekend appointments are available when scheduling requires additional flexibility.
I-9 Verification
Route 66 Mobile Notary provides I-9 Authorized Representative Services for employers and their remote employees. We meet with the employee, physically examine the required identification and employment-authorization documents, and complete the authorized representative portion of Form I-9 as directed by the employer. This service is especially useful for companies hiring employees who are located away from a corporate office or HR department. Mobile appointments make the process convenient for both employers and new employees.
Estate Planning Document Notarization
Route 66 Mobile Notary provides convenient notarization services for wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance directives, affidavits, and other estate-planning documents when notarization is required. We can meet clients at their home, office, hospital, assisted-living facility, or another convenient location. We provide professional mobile notarization at homes, businesses, hospitals, assisted-living facilities, real estate offices, and other convenient locations throughout our service area. From affidavits and powers of attorney to vehicle titles, business documents, medical documents, and other notarizations, we make getting documents notarized simple and convenient. Evening and weekend appointments are available.
Remote Online Notarizations
Route 66 Mobile Notary offers Remote Online Notarization (RON) for eligible documents, allowing you to complete a notarization securely online without meeting the notary in person. Using an authorized online platform, signers can verify their identity, meet with the notary by live audio-video connection, and electronically sign and notarize documents from virtually anywhere. Remote online notarization can be an excellent option for busy professionals, travelers, out-of-area signers, and transactions involving people in different locations.
